| Using a newly
acquired digital drum machine, I was able to work some beat into
this album. Songs like Maggie and Joy combine light
political commentary with modern rhythm and music. The title track, which was performed using a treated acoustic guitar is quite simply, a rock song, perhaps my first! Thrown into this rhythmic mix are relaxing interludes like Wolf Canyon and Windswept Spirit. These songs fill a need for quiet reflection and inspire an almost trancelike state.
